Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is working with a manufacturing site in Sheffield to recruit a QHS Manager (Manufacturing). You will own Health & Safety and quality management systems, shaping site culture and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 activities, drive audits, training, and risk management, reporting to senior operations leadership with a real impact on safety and quality outcomes.

£45,000 - £48,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you an experienced Health & Safety and Quality professional looking to take ownership of H&S and management systems within a growing, technically driven manufacturing environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead site‑wide health and safety activity while playing a key role in maintaining and improving ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems. You'll work closely with Operations & senior leadership, ensuring compliance and driving proactive culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Within the role you'll have genuine ownership of key systems, audits, corrective actions, risk management and compliance activities, with the opportunity to influence how safety and quality are embedded across the operation.
