Job summary

Winsearch is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor for on-site support across UK projects, based in Manchester. You will influence safety culture, conduct audits, risk assessments and investigations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and UK legislation.

In addition to a competitive salary up to £45,000, the role offers a company car or car allowance, pension, life assurance and ongoing professional development. A proactive mindset and the ability to travel regularly are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC or Diploma in HSEQ required.
• Experience as HSEQ Advisor or Compliance Officer.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and management systems.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/45001.

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams across multiple sites.

HSEQ Advisor - Manchester - £40,000 - 45,000 + Package - Industrial Services / Construction

Are you an experienced HSEQ professional who enjoys being out on site, influencing safety culture and driving continual improvement?

Do you hold a NEBOSH qualification and have experience implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems?

Are you comfortable travelling across the UK and Ireland, supporting operational teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels?

Do you have experience conducting audits, investigations, risk assessments and ensuring compliance with ISO and legislative requirements?

If the answers are yes, we are hiring for a HSEQ Advisor on behalf of a leading engineering and industrial services organisation.

WHAT YOU NEED....

• NEBOSH IGC, Diploma or equivalent HSEQ qualification
• Previous HSEQ Advisor, Compliance Officer or similar experience
• Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and management systems
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
• Ability to influence operational teams and promote a positive safety culture
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays
