Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a proactive HSEQ Lead to drive health, safety, environment and quality across our utilities contracts in Battle. You will cascade HSEQ initiatives, manage reporting, audits and compliance, and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

The role requires a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, plus Lead Investigator and Auditor qualifications, and a UK driving license. Competitive salary with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent L6 qualification required.
• Lead Investigator certification highly desirable.
• Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001) preferred.
• IEMA environmental qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high levels of health, safety, quality and environmental standards on contracts.
• Ensure correct HSEQ reporting, documentation management and safe systems of work with regular inspections and audits.
• Support verification inspections and audits; follow up on findings and non-conformances.
• Assist accident and incident investigations and promote quality reporting and closure.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HSEQ compliance, performance and achievements reports.
