Job summary

SES Energy Services in Aberdeen is seeking a proactive HSEQ Advisor to support the HSEQ Manager UK and Aviation Services. You will maintain health and safety and environmental registers, provide guidance on audits, incidents, and risk assessments, and lead training to reinforce best practice.

This role requires NEBOSH and internal auditing experience, with strong knowledge of ISO standards and a willingness to work across site locations.

Qualifications

• Previous HSEQ experience.
• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent is required.
• Internal auditor qualification is required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with legislation and maintain registers for health, safety and environment.
• Arrange health surveillance and conduct risk assessments and JSA reviews.
• Lead in-house HSEQ training and support line managers on audits and inspections.
• Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support risk assessments, site security and travel risk evaluations as required.
• Provide HSEQ guidance during audits, customer reviews and tenders.
