Job summary

Greenvolt Next is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Advisor to support the UK business in Gowerton, Swansea. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System and delivering training to build a proactive safety culture.

You will collaborate with the HSEQ Manager (UK), conduct site inspections, manage risk assessments, and champion continuous improvement across ISO standards and client projects within a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

Level 3 NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar construction project-based role.
Experience in managing contractors and supply chains.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and work well in a team.
Proactive approach with the confidence to challenge unsafe practices.
Willingness to travel and undertake CPD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System including ISO standards.
Conduct site inspections and audits, reporting findings to the HSEQ Manager.
Assist with risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
Deliver HSE training and coaching across the business.
Organise and chair HSE meetings and forums as required.
Work with subcontractors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Investigate incidents and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Present HSE metrics and KPIs at governance meetings.
