Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a proactive HSEQ professional to support the delivery of the iMS. You will identify hazards, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement across our operations, acting as a trusted advisor to champion a positive safety culture.

The role requires NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent), with CSCS Black Card desirable, and a background in construction, property services or related settings. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate required or equivalent.
• CSCS Black Card desirable.
• Experience in construction, property services, maintenance, housing or similar operational setting.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, CDM regulations or internal auditing advantageous.
• Valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the HSEQ Management System (iMS).
• Identify hazards, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Provide practical guidance as a trusted adviser and champion positive safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies and industry best practice.
