Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited is seeking an Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to support the delivery of the HSEQ Management System across projects in Waltham Forest. You will identify hazards, reduce risk and promote high standards of health, safety, environment and quality while advising site teams and stakeholders.

You will champion safety initiatives, provide practical guidance and help ensure compliance with legislation, policies and best practice, contributing to a visible,

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or equivalent.
• CSCS Black Card desirable.
• Experience in construction, property services, maintenance, housing or similar.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, CDM regulations or internal auditing advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the HSEQ Management System (iMS).
• Identify hazards, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide practical guidance and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.
