Job summary

Circet is hiring a HSEQ Advisor for the Dungannon site to lead health, safety, environment, quality, and training activities within our UK&I operations.

You will develop and maintain HSEQT systems, monitor performance, and ensure site compliance with legal obligations while supporting senior management with continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in a civil engineering or telecommunications environment.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Develop the HSEQT Management system in line with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Report to management on performance and improvement needs.
• Provide assurance to the HSEQT Manager via monitoring and intervention.
• Oversee HSEQT performance with senior management.
• Ensure worksites comply with legal HSEQT obligations.
• Prepare Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents, Emergency Response Plans, etc.
• Approve, monitor and review all sub-contractor works.
• Maintain and investigate incident records.

Responsibilities of HSEQ Advisor:

• Development of the HSEQT Management system, in line with OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 9001,ISO 14001
• Reporting to management on the performance of the management systems and any need for improvement
• To provide assurance to the HSEQT Manager by means of appropriate monitoring and intervention
• Oversee, monitor and evaluate the operation of HSEQT performance, working with senior management
• To ensure that all worksites are fully compliant with legal HSEQT obligations
• Completion of Construction Stage Plans, Pre-Qualification & Tender Documents, Emergency Response Plans etc
• Approval, monitoring and reviewing of all sub-contractor works
• Ensuring records of incidents are maintained and investigated

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
