Job summary

Innserve Ltd is seeking an organised Health, Safety & Environmental compliance administrator to support the HSE Manager. You will maintain HSE systems, records, equipment, and action trackers, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

You will coordinate training and compliance records, assist with HSE projects, and help drive safety culture and environmental initiatives across the business. The role is full-time with hybrid working and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Proficient in PC packages including databases, MS Word, Excel and more
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Comfortable following up actions and obtaining responses from colleagues at all levels
• Experience in maintaining records, trackers, or databases
• Desirable: Experience working in administrative, compliance, or coordination role
• Desirable: Experience using business management systems and databases
• Desirable: An interest in health, safety, environmental or compliance activities. Experience in HSE processes is useful but not essential as training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Maintain key HSE systems, records, equipment, and action trackers ensuring information remains accurate, up-to-date and readily available.
• Supporting incident and hazard reporting processes, you will also coordinate training and compliance records, and assist with the delivery of HSE projects and improvement initiatives.
• By undertaking a wide variety of administration and coordination activities, you will enable our specialist HSE resource to focus on operational engagement, safety culture improvement, environmental initiatives, compliance assurance and strategic business priorities.
