Make UK is seeking a proactive Booking Coordinator to manage Health & Safety training bookings from enquiry through to delivery. You will coordinate with clients, trainers, and third-party venues, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery, while maintaining robust records in Excel and SharePoint.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple bookings. Hybrid working is available after training completion, with standard hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training bookings from enquiry to delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple training bookings and calendars.
• Strong communication with clients, trainers, suppliers and venues.

Responsabilités

• Review client training requests and ensure booking forms are complete and accurate.
• Source Health & Safety training courses via third-party suppliers.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics with trainers and associates.
• Send Outlook calendar invites and joining instructions using templates.
• Book venues and coordinate availability with trainers and suppliers.
• Respond to client queries and resolve booking discrepancies.
• Meet service levels and KPIs for on-time bookings.
• Maintain records using Excel and SharePoint tracker.
• Check invitations, POs, joining instructions for accuracy.
