Job summary

Cummins is seeking an enthusiastic Health, Safety, and Environment Placement student for the UK Daventry site within the Power Systems Business segment. The placement runs Summer 2027 and is designed to provide exposure to a global organization and practical HSE experience.

As a placement student, you will support the HSE team, assist in compliance with ISO 14001/45001/50001, maintain documentation, and help analyse HSE data while developing professional skills in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree with interest in HSE studies and policy.
• Excellent IT ability and interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work within a team and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for the site's HSE team and assist HSE projects.
• Assist in maintaining ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards and support audits.
• Maintain documentation related to HSE standards and analyze HSE data.
