Job Description

This role supports Telent's Transport Asset Management business in achieving high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance in accordance with UK legislation, directives, and customer standards. The QEHS Assistant will work under the mentorship of the QEHS Manager to develop knowledge and skills by assisting in implementing industry best practices, minimizing injuries, and promoting a robust QEHS culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage QEHS KPI Data and Reporting using Microsoft Power Platform and Office Suite
• Maintain Planned QEHS Briefings using software such as Page Tiger
• Collaborate with departments to enhance KPI reporting
• Participate in internal and external meetings, including taking and distributing minutes
• Develop QEHS knowledge and skills
• Support areas such as contract portfolios, KPI gap analysis, incident investigations, campaigns, workshops, documentation, and root cause analysis
• Assist the QEHS Manager and team as needed
