LANXESS UK seeks a SHE Specialist – H&S Biased at Trafford Park, Manchester. This onsite, full-time role drives safety culture, owns the IMS, and collaborates with managers to ensure compliant, safe operations on a busy chemical site.

You will manage audits, risk assessments, training, and KPI reporting, engaging with shift teams to embed robust HSE practices and regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Requires HND/degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related technical field.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent).
• 3–10 years in high-hazard manufacturing (chemical/petrochemical/oil & gas).
• Strong COSHH/COMAH exposure and ISO internal audit background.

Aufgaben

• Lead site risk assessments and COSHH evaluations.
• Maintain and update the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Oversee internal audits and Documaster SHE framework for compliance gaps.
• Deliver safety inductions and maintain SHE training matrix.
• Analyze performance data and prepare Monthly SHE reports for stakeholders.
