Job summary

Chemicals Company is seeking an HSE Representative to oversee workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance in Northamptonshire. You will lead inspections, monitor risks, and promote a proactive safety culture within the site.

The role requires delivering safety training, reporting hazards, and coordinating safety programs with management and staff to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is required.
• Experience delivering safety training programs must be demonstrated.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace.
• Monitor and report unsafe conditions or practices.
• Provide training on safety policies and procedures.
