Job summary

A leading energy and metals company in the UK is seeking an experienced HSE Site Manager to join their M Renewables Division. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH certification and at least 2 years of experience in health and safety within a construction or electrical environment. Responsibilities include implementing HSE requirements, reviewing project plans for safety compliance, and conducting accident investigations. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as HSE professional in a construction, electrical, or related technical environment.
• Experience in Solar / renewables sector (preferred).
• Driving License required.
• Experience in Solar/renewables sector (preferred).
• Driving Licence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and team management ability.

Responsibilities

• Extract and implement HSE requirements from Pre-Construction Information.
• Review project drawings and Construction Phase Plan for health and safety.
• Establish emergency plans and fire regulation compliance.
• Establishing emergency plans, traffic management, and fire regulation compliance.
• Conducting accident investigations and producing reports with findings and recommendations.
• Monitoring and managing fuel, waste and water on site and taking actions as required.

We are currently looking for aHSE Site Managerprofessional to join our M Renewables Division in the UK

Your role will encompass:

• Extracting and implementing HSE requirements from Pre-Construction Information, ensuring compliance.
• Reviewing project drawings and Construction Phase Plan to address foreseeable health and safety issues.
• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date H&S files, including Risk and Environmental Assessments.
• Establishing emergency plans, traffic management, and ensure fire regulation compliance.
• Conducting accident investigations and produce detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Monitoring and managing fuel, waste, and water levels on site, taking necessary actions as required.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, or industry recognized equivalent
• ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years as HSE professional in a construction (CDM), electrical, or related technical environment
• Experience in Solar / renewables sector(preferred)
• Driving License
• Self-motivation and team player skills
• Strong leadership and team management ability
