Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals seeks a Project Manager for our MRES-ET division in London. You will lead solar EPC projects from inception to handover, coordinating design, engineering, cost estimation and supplier management to deliver on time and within budget.

You will bring a 5+ year track record in medium- to large-scale solar park construction, strong communication and organizational skills, and a PM certification is advantageous. Driving licence is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field; MSc is an advantage
• 5+ years of proven experience in medium- to large-scale solar park construction within EPC companies
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
• Strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate design, engineering and development teams to define requirements, optimize solutions and manage project risks
• Conduct site surveys and support cost estimation, budgeting and commercial analysis
• Manage RFQs, suppliers and subcontractors, including contracts, scope and performance
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules and resource allocation
• Supervise project execution and site activities, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards
• Monitor progress, risks and deviations, providing regular reports and corrective actions as required
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, project documentation and final handover to the O&M team

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in MRES-ET division based in London.
