We are currently looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to join our Development team in MRES-ET business unit.

Your role will encompass:

• Supervise electrical subcontractors during installation of LV/MV cables, panels, switchgear, transformers, and inverter systems
• Verify cable routing, terminations, earthing, bonding, and segregation in compliance with technical standards
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, cable schedules, SLDs, and installation details
• Support testing, inspections, insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, and commissioning preparation.
• Coordinate electrical works with civil and mechanical teams to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor subcontractor productivity, daily progress, risks, delays, and mitigation actions
• Maintain quality records, testing documentation, and corrective action tracking
• Support energisation, pre‑commissioning, and final handover activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe systems of work
• Support process standardisation, transaction efficiency improvements, and compliance with company governance and risk management policies

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience supervising and coordinating electrical installation works within construction and renewable energy projects
• Experience in subcontractor management, commissioning support, and site execution
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, including cabling, terminations, switchgear, transformers, inverters, and earthing systems
• Familiarity with electrical installation, commissioning, QA/QC processes, and testing procedures
• Understanding of IET Wiring Regulations, G99/G100 standards, and industry compliance requirements
• Ability to interpret cable schedules, technical drawings, and electrical documentation
• Experience coordinating electrical activities with civil and mechanical teams in fast‑paced site environments
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills under site pressure
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach and strong commitment to quality, safety, RAMS, and project delivery
