Pilgrims Windmill Lane is looking for a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Officer to join their team.

The HSE Officer Will

Support the development and implementation of HSE practices within the Meals Business Unit. Provide direct support to the facility HSE Manager by advising and coaching on health, safety, and environmental practices, ensuring compliance and governance.

The role involves championing the 'Go for Zero' HSE standards within the company, conducting regular inspections, supporting KPI submissions, advising on risk management, and promoting a safety culture through security, environmental protection, project support, and continual improvement initiatives.

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in FMCG industry
• Understanding of HSE systems and site culture enhancement
• Experience in HSE, safety, or environment roles
• Knowledge of audit standards and ability to influence change positively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
