Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for our North Walsham site in Norfolk. The role focuses on promoting HSE through staff engagement, ensuring compliance, and training across the manufacturing floor.

You will lead incident investigations, maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001 readiness, and regularly review policies and risk assessments. A NEBOSH certificate and strong people skills are essential.

Competenze

• Must have worked in a similar level role within a manufacturing environment.
• Engaging character with ability to promote a positive H&S outlook.
• Knowledge of current HSE legislation and best practices.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Personable, collaborative and approachable.
• Experience as a Health & Safety professional.
• IOSH membership is desirable.

Mansioni

• Promote Health, Safety & Environmental practices through staff engagement.
• Ensure site H&S compliance and training.
• Conduct daily H&S shopfloor walks across manufacturing.
• Lead investigations of incidents, near misses and accidents.
• Keep H&S policies, SOPs and risk assessments up to date and audit ready for ISO standards.
