• NEBOSH qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of Environmental and Health and Safety regulatory framework.
• Proven ability to lead safety culture and engage colleagues at all levels.
• Experience with audits and compliance frameworks (ISO45001, BRC/ISO) and supplier oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal teams and external providers to maintain site health and safety standards.
• Lead from the front in developing a health and safety culture that engages all colleagues.
• Maintain RA and PUWER assessment delivery and close gaps to achieve compliance.
• Ensure physical security of the site and workers at all times.
• Organise or deliver training and instruction on H&S essentials for all levels of the business.
