Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Project Management - COMPETENT: Demonstrate the ability to coach and support project management to meet HSE project requirements and integrate these into project plans and schedules.
2. Commercial - ADVANCED: Engage supply chain in HSE compliance, and collaborate with procurement to improve processes and achieve HSE best practices.
3. Client and Stakeholder Management - ADVANCED: Respond proactively to client and stakeholder needs, build networks, and develop trust through shared goals and effective communication.
4. People Management - ADVANCED: Coach and develop team members, align objectives, motivate, communicate effectively, and foster a positive team environment. Lead by example, especially in health and safety.
5. Technical Knowledge: Maintain expertise in setting standards, conducting audits and inspections, statistical analysis, and delivering training related to HSE.

Additional responsibilities include resource management, incident investigation support, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Positions are employed directly with Laing O'Rourke or Bouygues Travaux Public, offering competitive salaries, private medical insurance, pension schemes, and holiday allowances.
