Job summary

Independent Forgings and Alloys Ltd (IFA) seeks an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to lead the HSE function at its Sheffield operation. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will drive strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement across a complex heavy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National Diploma (Level 6) in Health & Safety preferred.
• CMIOSH membership and Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health, Safety & Environmental strategy and governance.
• Ensure compliance with UK H&S and environmental legislation; maintain ISO 14001 & 45001.
• Lead HSE audits, investigations and corrective actions; drive continuous improvement.
