HR GO Recruitment is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to own and develop HSE across a specialist automotive parts business in the UK. You will work with management to shape policies, deliver training and ensure compliance with UK legislation while driving continuous improvement across warehousing, distribution and office operations.

You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations and audits, coordinate inspections, maintain COSHH records and support ISO 45001/14001

Formación

• Experience in warehouse/logistics health and safety roles.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and ISO standards.
• Experience in risk assessments, inspections and audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review site HSE policies, procedures and improvement plans.
• Lead risk assessments, inspections and COSHH management.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; implement corrective actions.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety training.
• Audit and report HSE performance; support ISO systems.
