Job summary

Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) invites an experienced HSE Advisor to join the Chippenham site and lead health, safety and environmental improvements across site operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

You will train and support site staff, monitor performance, conduct audits, and partner with managers to implement improvements; travel across the region will be required, and you will share best practices with the HSE team while driving a culture of

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in health, safety and environment.
• Experience delivering HSE management systems.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coach and train site staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and support site staff in HSE improvement.
• Ensure policies implemented consistently.
• Monitor and review HSE policies and compliance.
• Advise management on legislation and create action plans.
• Provide specialist advice and support to managers.
• Conduct audits and implement improvements.
• Maintain HSE performance dashboards and reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities on Site/ Territory / BU levels.
• Share best practices with HSE team.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; implement corrective actions.
