HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) Manager - Manufacturing Environment

£45,000 - £50,000 basic + bonus

Exciting new opportunity for a well-established electrical manufacturer seeking a competent HSE manager with the knowledge and experience to implement, maintain, and improve an EMS (ISO14001), as well as lead the Health and Safety function.

The role covers all aspects to ensure the business is legally compliant and proactively promotes a safe and healthy environment for all employees in a componentry manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overall responsibility for all aspects of the Health and Safety function.
2. Implementation and ongoing maintenance of the ISO14001 EMS accreditation.
3. Aligning H&S requirements with ISO45001, preparing the business for potential compliance and accreditation.
