Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Health & Safety.
• Digital skills include SharePoint, data handling, Power Automate, Power BI and CAD.
• Experience with data analysis and KPI reporting is expected.
• SAP knowledge is advantageous for HSE/facilities workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support across Health & Safety and Facilities management.
• Coordinate site communications and roll out safety initiatives.
• Engage with cross-functional teams through safety committees and projects.
• Analyze safety data and propose high-impact site improvements.
• Complete workplace inspections and update risk registers.
• Maintain asset inventory and building maintenance schedules.
• Prepare incident reports and safety awareness materials.
