Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting for an HSE and compliance Manager in Sunbury-on-Thames. The role is based on-site with a 40-hour week and a salary range of £30,000–£42,000 per annum.

The post involves handling office administration, coordinating meetings, producing reports, and supporting staff with ad-hoc projects while maintaining high standards of customer service and organisation.

Responsibilities

Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 per annuum

Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
• Attending meetings and note taking
• Keeping the office tidy and presentable always
• Ordering stationery and supplies when needed
• Supporting staff by undertaking ad-hoc projects when needed
• Producing reports and presentations
• Answering email queries, usually through a central inbox
