Clarify Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Health, Safety & Compliance Advisor to join their client’s team. The role involves driving continual improvement across Health & Safety, compliance, and documentation, with audit, training, and advisory duties.

The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH or IOSH certification, ISO 9001/BRCGS knowledge, and strong data analysis skills. Hybrid working arrangements and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Proven Health & Safety knowledge and audit experience.
• Experience delivering Health & Safety training.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and BRCGS standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve Health & Safety management system.
• Conduct workplace inspections and internal audits.
• Maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Provide Health & Safety advice to managers and employees.
• Support supplier and customer compliance activities.
• Produce monthly compliance reports.
