Health & Safety Manager at DHL, supporting a key customer site in Cannock, will shape a proactive safety culture across operations. You will advise on SHE compliance, partner with teams and management, and drive improvements to protect staff and drive performance.

NEBOSH General Certificate is preferred, COMAH knowledge desirable, and you will build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering robust safety plans and audits.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate is required or preferred.
• COMAH knowledge desirable but not essential.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven capability to develop and deliver improvement plans.
• Experience in building strong customer relationships.
• Experience supporting external audits.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day SHE support and advise on compliance with statutory legislation.
• Partner with operations teams and senior management across the site.
• Meeting annual SHE objectives and contributing to the business plan.
• Coordinate and drive SHE initiatives to embed safety in processes and teams.
• Support wider SHE function with continuous improvement initiatives.
