Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is assisting a worldwide manufacturing group in Rotherham to recruit a HSE Advisor on a permanent basis. The role will strengthen health, safety and environmental culture across the site, with a starting salary of £45,400 and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will maintain the HSE management system, conduct risk assessments, deliver engaging training, lead investigations and support ISO 14001/45001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a HSE advisor role or similar.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• NEBOSH qualified

Responsibilities

• Maintaining an effective HSE management system
• Completing and reviewing risk assessments, ensuring practical and robust control measures
• Promoting positive behavioural and cultural change across all areas of the business
• Delivering engaging HSE training for site-based and installation teams

As a HSE Advisor you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the health, safety, and environmental culture across the business.
