SSA Recruitment partners with an established building services contractor delivering mechanical, electrical and public health packages on major construction projects. They are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to maintain high safety standards across sites.

You will implement health and safety procedures, conduct site inspections, review RAMS, and work with site teams, engineers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with UK legislation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Health & Safety within construction or building services.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and RAMS reviews.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

About the Client

Our client is an established, multi-disciplinary building services contractor specialising in mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) packages across a range of major construction projects.

Working across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education and hospitality, they are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to support safe working practices and maintain high standards of health and safety across their projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the implementation of health and safety procedures across construction sites, working closely with site management, engineers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an H&S professional with construction or building services experience to contribute to a positive safety culture within an established contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and health and safety compliance checks.
