Job summary

Shirley Parsons is partnering to fill the Group HSE Advisor role in Liverpool, to support the delivery of the Group HSE strategy across a diverse portfolio of sites. You will influence health, safety and environmental performance through strategic projects, policy development, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate and 2-3 years' HSE experience in high-risk environments, with a track record in policy implementation and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) required.
• 2-3 years' HSE experience in industrial/infra/logistics environments.
• Experience developing or implementing HSE policies and management systems.
• Ability to analyse risk and drive strategic HSE objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the Group HSE Strategy across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and guidance.
• Undertake audits, action tracking and reporting to support governance.
• Lead and support HSE projects and site visits with cross-functional teams.
