Job summary

Shirley Parsons is seeking a Group HSE Advisor to support the delivery of the HSE strategy across a diverse portfolio of sites. The role focuses on policy development, auditing, and continuous improvement to drive zero-harm objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HSE experience in industrial environments and hold a Nebosh General Certificate or equivalent. The role is based in Liverpool with permanent, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' HSE experience in industrial/infrastructure environments.
• Experience developing or implementing HSE policies and management systems.
• Ability to assess risk and identify improvement opportunities.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the Group HSE Strategy and drive key strategic objectives across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and guidance to support compliance and best practice.
• Undertake assurance activities, including audits, action tracking and reporting.
• Lead and support HSE projects, site visits and collaboration with operational and HSE teams across locations.]
