Zusammenfassung

Health Safety and Environment Advisor in Slough, Berkshire, is contracted on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office. The role supports UK & Ireland HSE systems and a forthcoming move to a Surrey site, including sustaining wellbeing initiatives.

You will develop HS&E procedures, coordinate audits, and engage stakeholders to drive compliance and continual improvement. NEBOSH Certificate with IOSH affiliate level is required; a Diploma or environmental qualification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) with IOSH affiliate level.
• NEBOSH Diploma and/or Environmental qualification preferred.
• Degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in relocation projects is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Development and update of local HS&E procedures.
• Delivery of local workshops to complement procedures.
• Coordinating/attending meetings representing HS&E across the UK & Ireland.
• Support and undertake HS&E audits and assessments.
• Ensure regulatory licenses are maintained.
• Liaison to safety and environmental representatives.
• Supporting the risk management system i.e. facilitating risk assessors and/or undertaking risk assessments and reviewing control measures.
• Supporting the environmental management system i.e. the impacts and aspects register & targets.
• Supporting the Vigilance systems such as life-safety systems etc.
