Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is recruiting an HSE Advisor to provide practical, site-based Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality support across live construction and infrastructure projects in Glasgow. You will work closely with project teams, site management and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely and in line with legislation and client standards.

The role requires NEBOSH General or Construction certification (or equivalent), solid knowledge of UK health and safety law

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction certificate (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and CDM 2015.

Responsibilities

• Provide health and safety advice to project and operational teams on live construction sites.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and assurance activities.
• Review RAMS, safe systems of work and project risk controls.
• Support CDM 2015 compliance and Construction Phase Plans.
• Assist with environmental inspections and incident investigations.
• Deliver toolbox talks and SHEQ campaigns.
