Müller Milk & Ingredients is seeking an HSE Advisor to join the Severnside Dairy team in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. You will support compliance with HSE legislation and internal policies, conduct risk assessments, and drive a positive safety culture across the site.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach to promote safe behaviours, coordinate programmes, and contribute to audits and inspections while maintaining documentation and training initiatives.

Formación

• NEBOSH Certificate is essential.
• IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management is advantageous.
• Proven experience conducting HSE audits and supporting compliance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out risk assessments and legal audits; support compliance across the site.
• Promote best practice and maintain a safe, compliant working environment.
• Deliver HSE inductions and training; raise awareness of safety.
• Investigate incidents and close out corrective actions; identify root causes.
