Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited in Aldershot is seeking a proactive HSE Administrator to support health, safety and environmental performance within a dynamic team. You will assist with site inspections, record keeping and incident reporting.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, no weekends, and a competitive package including 25 days leave plus bank holidays, pension, private medical and employee support services.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English are essential.
• Experience providing admin support in a demanding environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to build relationships across teams, customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support the HSE Manager and Garrison Managers in health and safety improvement.
• Assist with HSE site inspections and monitor compliance.
• Collate inspection records, incident data and reporting systems.
• Support reporting, recording and investigation of incidents and corrective actions.
• Produce HSE summaries, statistics and management information.
