Qualifications

• Good first degree and a Master’s in a relevant subject.
• Member of the CIPD.
• Experience of teaching in higher education (or equivalent).
• Fellowship of Advance HE expected or willing to achieve it.

• Contribute to delivery and ongoing development of courses.
