HR Business Partner - Leading Northern Ireland Organisation
Location: Belfast
Contract: Short-term

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with one of Northern Ireland's most respected and recognisable organisations, based in Belfast, to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for a short-term contract.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting managers, employees, and stakeholders across both the Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility functions. This role will contribute to the delivery of the People and CR plan, driving value, promoting best practice, and helping to shape a values-led culture.

You'll join a passionate and collaborative team dedicated to placing people and community at the core of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring alignment with the organisation's values and strategic goals

  • Support the implementation of the People and CR plan, embedding best practices

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters

  • Maintain and improve compliant processes and systems in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role

  • CIPD qualified

  • Relevant third-level qualification

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgement

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information and communicate complex matters clearly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels

  • Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
