Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive the next phase of our HR journey, combining strong project leadership with a passion for data, AI and automation. You will lead multiple workstreams from initiation to benefits realisation, develop governance and RAID logs, and use data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR, business or operational transformation programmes.
• Strong project and programme management capability from conception to delivery.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Advanced data analysis to extract insights from large datasets.
• Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools to drive insights.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and digital solutions to improve processes.
• Experience using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver HR transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Manage multiple workstreams across the HR transformation portfolio against milestones.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, monitor performance and support decision-making.
• Drive process simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement across HR services.
• Identify and implement AI-driven and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs and executive reporting.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across HR, Technology and Operations.
• Support change management and adoption activities for new processes and ways of working.
• Act as SME on transformation methodologies and build capability across HR.
