Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic HR Systems Specialists with proven SuccessFactors experience, certified in one or more modules. Knowledge of WorkZone for HR, Document Management and e-signature solutions, and Qualtrics would be beneficial.
The successful HR Systems Specialist will be a confident and enthusiastic self-starter, with a strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests and projects within specific timeframes, train users and administrators to use the system effectively, problem solve, and handle confidential data and information.
As an HR Systems Specialist, you will serve as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and will develop, support, and maintain SuccessFactors across various modules including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Objective Setting, Career Development, Reporting, and Analytics. Developing our solutions and integrating WorkZone for HR with other HR systems is a key strategic goal to deliver a world-class employee experience using leading technology.
