Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic HR Systems Specialists with proven SuccessFactors experience, certified in one or more modules. Knowledge of WorkZone for HR, Document Management and e-signature solutions, and Qualtrics would be beneficial.
The successful HR Systems Specialist will be a confident and enthusiastic self-starter, with a strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests and projects within specific timeframes, train users and administrators to use the system effectively, problem solve, and handle confidential data and information.
As an HR Systems Specialist, you will serve as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and will develop, support, and maintain SuccessFactors across various modules including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Objective Setting, Career Development, Reporting, and Analytics. Developing our solutions and integrating WorkZone for HR with other HR systems is a key strategic goal to deliver a world-class employee experience using leading technology.

How You'll Contribute

1. Work with Global Business Process Owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Lead technical solution development and provide BAU support.
3. Identify options for solutions and assess their suitability.
4. Deliver design workshops.
5. Create end-to-end process solutions and enhance user experience.
6. Test and verify system functionality.
7. Document specifications and designs.
8. Manage UAT activities.
9. Support system integration efforts.
10. Handle defects and issues.
11. Ensure IT security requirements are incorporated.
12. Stay updated on latest capabilities.
13. Coordinate with external parties as needed.
14. Support upgrades and enhancements.
15. Maintain application integrity and availability.

What You'll Bring

• Recent experience supporting or leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations in at least one module.
• Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module, such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, or Compensation.
• Ability to support and guide internal customers, lead change, and build networks.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in proposing solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
