• Proficient in HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with workflow automation tools to streamline HR processes.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of legal requirements related to employee data privacy like GDPR.
• Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SEGA HR systems.
• Provide technical support to HR teams and employees.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data.
• Create and produce HR reports concerning key performance indicators.
