What does the role involve?

This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting to the HR Systems Consultant, you will be working as part of the HR Systems Team and responsible for providing system support to ensure all operations are running smoothly and set up correctly. The main headquarters for the position is our Staines office, however, you can work from our Newbury office as and when required.

Some of your key duties will include:

1. Managing the shared mailbox requests and responding to enquiries
2. Assisting on various projects including implementing data migration and system testing
3. Carrying out data integrity checks to validate the accuracy of information held within HR systems
4. Providing accurate reporting to the wider business
5. Liaising with external system suppliers

What are we looking for?

You are data-driven and have experience working with HR systems. You're a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting with excellent timekeeping skills. You come with the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also being a key team player and building relationships with your stakeholders.

Also, we're looking for the following:

1. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
2. Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Experience with HR systems
