Role overview:

This is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the HR Systems Consultant, you will be part of the HR Systems Team, responsible for providing system support to ensure smooth operations and correct setup. The main headquarters for this role is our Staines office, where you will work as required.

Key duties include:

  • Managing shared mailbox requests and responding to inquiries
  • Supporting projects such as data migration and system testing
  • Capturing data and creating reports on data integration for sharing with the wider business
  • Liaising with external system suppliers

Candidate profile:

You are data-driven, experienced with HR/Operating systems, a problem solver with troubleshooting skills, and possess excellent time management. You can work independently and build relationships with stakeholders.

Additional requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with operating systems
