The University of Wolverhampton is seeking a part-time HR Support Team Administrator to handle HR queries by phone, email and our service desk. You will manage key stages in recruitment, input data into the HR/Payroll system, and draft contracts from template letters.

The University of Wolverhampton’s HR Team is seeking to recruit a part‑time HR Support Team Administrator, handling HR related queries from across the university by phone, email and our dedicated service desk. You will be responsible for key stages in the recruitment process, including use of the on‑line E‑recruiter system; input of accurate information onto the HR/Payroll system for new staff and for monthly contract changes; production of contracts of employment from template letters and the processing of Visiting Lecturer and casual appointments.
You will have previous HR administration experience, possess excellent administrative and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships across the University and deliver excellent customer service. Effective keyboard skills including the ability to enter data accurately into the HR/Payroll system and the ability to prioritise your work to meet regular deadlines are also required, together with knowledge of terms and conditions of employment, employment contracts and recruitment.
