West Sussex County Council is seeking an organised HR administrator to manage day-to-day HR support and administration, reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner. The team handles generalist HR enquiries and related activities, providing variety in the role.

We are looking for a pragmatic and organised person who can successfully manage day to day HR support and administration. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential to succeed in this role. You will work as part of a team lead by a Senior HR Business Partner which includes HR Business Partners and Advisors. The team support with generalist HR enquiries as well as other HR activities which gives variety to the role and could include organisational change or employee relations.
You will have developed listening and IT skills to enable you to produce accurate notes during meetings. You will have good customer service and communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office to deliver your day-to-day role.
