Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are offering an HR Support Level 3 Apprentice position in North Worcestershire. Starting at £8 per hour, you’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee records while working towards a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR administration experience or exposure
• Recruitment, onboarding and HR records handling
• Customer service and supporting managers and staff
• Basic IT skills and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Supporting managers and employees with routine HR queries by email, telephone and face to face.
• Helping with recruitment, interview arrangements, pre-employment checks and onboarding.
• Preparing HR letters, forms, reports and other documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and using HR systems confidently and confidentially.
• Supporting training administration and wider HR service delivery.
• Learning from experienced HR colleagues and applying your apprenticeship learning in the workplace.
