Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is recruiting an HR Apprentice to assist an experienced HR team across its schools in Coventry. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, records management and governance while working toward a Level 3 HR apprenticeship.
You’ll join a supportive environment with dedicated study time, 37 hours per week, and a chance to progress within a reputable trust that serves learners aged 3–19. The role requires eligibility to work in the UK.
As an HR Apprentice, you will work closely with an experience HR team to support the delivery of an efficient and high-quality HR service across our schools.

You will also complete a Level 3 HR apprenticeship qualification, with dedicated time to study and develop your knowledge alongside your day-to-day work.

No previous HR experience is required - we’re looking for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours: 37 Hours per week - Year round, Temporary contract for 21 months
