Job summary

Wade Macdonald is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management client for a HR Specialist based in Wokingham. The role covers employee relations, HR advisory work and improving people processes across the full employee lifecycle.

You will work with senior HR colleagues and operational managers, providing practical guidance while handling day-to-day HR matters, including absence, onboarding, performance and exits.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and UK employment law.
• Ability to advise managers across multiple HR matters.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide managers and employees with practical guidance on HR policies and employment law.
• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and attendance.
• Oversee sickness absence cases and advise on appropriate action.
