2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an HR Services Administrator to join our HR Services team. This admin-focused role supports onboarding, recruitment, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate contracts, letters, and data management. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate with a can-do attitude will fit well.

You will contribute to smooth HR service delivery, handle HR workflows, and support a busy inbox while learning and growing within HR operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience (HR or people-focused environment preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Good organisational and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generating employment contracts and offer letters.
• Uploading and maintaining HR workflows within the system.
• Acting as first-line support for HR queries via the shared inbox.
• Managing HR data, reporting and system updates.
• Shared inbox management and general HR administrative support.
